At Openmind Technologies, the Internal Agent works with the sales team to generate qualified meetings with new clients.


He/She plays an essential front-line role in a rapidly growing business.



  • Actively research and generate sales leads;
  • Provide a professional service to customers and business partners to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Make an average of 100 calls per day;
  • Objective: Generate 10 qualified meetings for the sales team per week;
  • Feed the sales team's CRM
  • (prospecting and data entry of new customers)
  • Flexible hours



  • Bilingual;
  • Autonomous, motivated, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Proactive, determined, jovial;
  • Excellent team spirit and collaboration;
  • Good communication and listening skills;
  • Knowledge of Technology (Asset);
  • Know the principles of managing customer relations, prospecting and generating sales leads (Asset).
